Still learned a lot I can use defensively though.Well organized breakdown of the tactics, framed around defense which I appreciated. Some of the case studies are genuinely unsettling.Can't believe a store actually lists this. The amount of real, working detail here goes way past anything an "awareness" guide would need.Used this to build out a training deck for our support team.
